Governor Adjustment & Calibration

Long Description (EN): A diesel engine's toughest test is the moment sudden load is applied. If governor settings (PID) are incorrect, your generator drops voltage or the engine "Hunts" (surges up and down), damaging the system. As the Simsek Pompa Calibration Team, we perform spring tension and linkage adjustments on mechanical governors; and Gain, Stability, and Derivative potentiometer adjustments on electronic governors. Especially for systems requiring "Synchronization" (Parallel operation), we perform Speed Droop adjustment with micron precision, ensuring the load is shared equally between engines.
