Mechanical governors are precision mechanisms that maintain constant RPM by reacting instantly to engine load changes. Over time, contaminated hydraulic oil or worn flyweights lead to "Hunting" (RPM Fluctuation), sluggish response, or the risk of Overspeed. At Simsek Pompa Governor Service, we completely dismantle Woodward (UG-8, PSG), Zexel, Diesel Kiki, and Yanmar type mechanical regulators. We renew worn bearings, pilot valves, and drive shafts; and by simulating engine operating conditions on our test bench, we restore Droop and Stability settings to factory specifications.
