In modern diesel engines, every injector operates slightly differently due to manufacturing tolerances. When an injector is repaired or replaced, these physical values change. If these new values are not introduced to the Engine Control Unit (ECU), the engine cannot recognize the injector, leading to "knocking," "idle fluctuation," and "high fuel consumption." At the Simsek Pompa Laboratory, our test bench measures the injector's new performance and generates a unique 6 to 30-digit ID Code (IMA, ISA, QR, C2i/C3i). By uploading this code to the vehicle, the ECU learns exactly how to inject fuel with micron precision. The result: Factory-spec silence and performance.
