Injector Adjustment & Calibration

Every injector has a specific fuel quantity and pressure value required for the engine's combustion chamber. Over time, spring tension loss or nozzle needle seat wear disrupts this setting. At Simsek Pompa, for mechanical injectors, we perform "Opening Pressure" and "Chatter" adjustments using special adjustment shims and digital torque wrenches. For new generation Common Rail injectors, we calibrate solenoid response times in milliseconds and generate new codes to be introduced to the engine control unit (ECU). Correct adjustment guarantees passing exhaust inspections, up to 15% fuel savings, and quiet engine operation.
