Diesel Injector Maintenance & Cleaning

Poor quality fuel and prolonged operation cause carbon deposits to build up in the micron-sized holes of injector nozzles. This leads to improper fuel spraying (poor atomization) and causes the engine to run roughly and noisily. At Simsek Pompa maintenance service, we remove your injectors from the engine and purify them of all internal and external carbon deposits in special chemical Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths. We renew worn copper washers and sealing O-rings; finally, we verify the spray angle on the test bench. The result: Lower fuel consumption, cleaner exhaust emissions, and restored traction power.
