Instead of purchasing a high-cost new turbo, we restore your existing unit to factory specifications. In the Simsek Pompa Turbo Overhaul process, the outer housing is cleaned via industrial sandblasting and undergoes crack testing. The internal mechanism, including the shaft, compressor wheel, and bearing group (or complete cartridge), is replaced with genuine spare parts. After assembly, your turbo is subjected to balancing tests at 200,000+ RPM on a VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) bench, offering you the performance and lifespan of a brand-new product with up to 60% cost savings.
